Eastpak 'Transition Tour' - Friday 17th August 2003 @ Hanley (town centre), S-O-T.

This day came about with myself contacting Eastpak (after reading their plans for the 'Transition Tour' in Sidewalk). Their aim was to set up the Eastapk mini ramp in towns and cities that wanted to help raise awareness and funds for skatepark projects.

After meeting with Nick from Eastpak, he liked our ideas on getting a street styled skateplaza built and so we set the date.

The Eastpak roadshow rode into Hanley town centre at the ridiculous hour of 7am and we helped them to set up shop.

The demo/day was a great success with hundreds of skaters and BMXers turning up to watch some amazing ramp skills throughout the day, from the Eastpak team riders.

Thanks to all who turned up and supported us, a massive thanks to Eastpak for helping us raise some awareness for our project and also a big thanks to all who put some cash in the coffers!!
